All Sales Are Final
To maintain the high quality of our curated inventory, El Camino Ranch does not offer cash, credit card, or check refunds. All sales are final.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes an item just isn’t the right fit. We are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase by emailing ShopElCaminoRanch@Yahoo.com or visiting us during operating hours. We will offer an exchange or replacement.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Bodysuits
- Sale/Clearance items
